On behalf of Marilyn Seigal, Tesha's recent seller, we are donating $1450 to Clark County Adventist Community Services! Marilyn wanted to support their church food bank and clothing drive at this location as it is located in a part of town with much need and because at some point, everyone needs a little help.
About Clark County Adventist Community Services
"We exist exclusively to reach people with God’s love by nourishing the body, informing the mind and strengthening the spirit through charitable, educational and health ministries." -clarkcountyacs.com/about
The Clark County Adventist Community Services outreach is a real in-action example of the values of the Adventist Church! Community service outreaches have been a staple of the Adventist congregation since 1879, and CCACS is the modern day response to this continued tradition of caring. Through CCACS, also known as "The Center", members of the Clark County community can get help accessing resources such as food and clothing. The Center provides gently used clothing and shoes for men, women, and children as well as additional "home items" such as diapers and blankets when available. They also regularly provide boxes of food to those in need, and can help connect people with other food resources in the area.
