This donation is made in memory of
Mr. Crevling selected this nonprofit to benefit from our Give Back program because his family has experienced first hand how incredible their services are: his brother-in-law was well cared for by the wonderful people at Community Home Health & Hospice. We are honored to make this donation on his behalf and bless the good work this agency is doing in the community.
About Community Home Health & Hospice.
Community Home Health & Hospice assists families in Oregon and Washington with their home health care needs. They provide non-medical in-home personal care, skilled nursing care and therapy and hospice, as well as grief support for anyone who has lost a loved one. This nonprofit, community-based, independent agency was founded by Lorraine Berndt, who was a nurse at the Health Department. She responded to the needs of the community for Home Health care by starting Community Home Health & Hospice in 1977. Since their founding, Community Home Health & Hospice has been dedicated to meeting people's needs where ever they call home.
"Everything we do comes from passion for our community and its continued health. We work to keep our patients healthy and as comfortable as possible in every stage of life. Just as importantly, we bring peace of mind to our patients’ loved ones." (www.chhh.org/about-us/about-community/)
