3 Great Southwest WA Events to Check Out June 4 through 7
If you are looking for a few fun ways to get out and enjoy Southwest Washington from June 4 through June 7, there is plenty happening around the region. Whether you want something family friendly, community focused, or outdoorsy, this weekend offers a little bit of everything.
One standout event is the Clark County Fire District 6 Open House in Vancouver on Saturday, June 6, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This free event at Station 63 in Salmon Creek gives families a chance to tour the fire station, meet local firefighters, watch live demonstrations, and enjoy kid-friendly activities like the Jr. Firefighter Challenge. Also on Saturday, June 6, the Big Paddle Waterfront Festival returns to Ridgefield. This annual event celebrates the Lewis River to Vancouver Lake Water Trail and invites the community to get outside and enjoy the area’s natural beauty.
